COLUMBUS, OHIO: With all the news coming out of the Columbus Zoo with the birth of Beco in late March, we may have missed the announcement that the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium was rated as the #1 Zoo in America by “USA Travel Guide” that gave published their Top 10 listed of zoos in the United States.
The Columbus Zoo made little fanfare of the ranking, but they have started using the designation in their publications including their quarterly publication the “Beastly Banner” as well as prominenty on their interactive web site. Congratulations to the Columbus Zoo.
