Mr. and Mrs. Claus arrived at the statehouse Wednesday evening to kick off the celebrations. The only hitch was the weather. Appropriate for the season, but not so good for flying by helicopter, Santa had to arrive by an escorted MedFlight Emergency Squad about 15 minutes later than expected.
